Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options across the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $7 (5–8 business days)
- Express Shipping: $12.99 (2–3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 and above (5-8 business days)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.
Delays While we work hard to get your order to you on time, BRIM Initiative is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
