Return & Refund Policy – BRIM Initiative
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@briminitiative.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
